First Joyce 株式会社 is a Japan-based automotive export and sourcing company specialising in Japanese vehicles and parts. We work with customers worldwide to source, purchase, prepare, and export cars and components directly from Japan.

We are a small, hands-on team of three, all based in Japan. We are bilingual and deal directly with auctions, suppliers, workshops, and logistics providers on a daily basis. This allows us to operate efficiently, communicate clearly, and handle everything in-house without relying on third parties.

We have our own premises in Japan, including storage space and a workshop where we can inspect parts, prepare vehicles, and carry out light work before export. We also operate our own transport truck, allowing us to collect vehicles and parts directly from auctions, sellers, and suppliers. All parts are physically handled, inspected, and repacked by us to ensure safe and cost-effective shipping.

Our team has direct access to Japanese vehicle auctions and extensive local supplier networks. We manage the full export process in-house, including inspections, purchasing, storage, preparation, and all export documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency from purchase through to shipment.

We are genuine enthusiasts. We own and maintain our own Japanese cars, attend events regularly, and drift on a monthly basis. This isn’t something we do on the side — it’s part of our daily lives. That practical involvement gives us a strong understanding of what customers value, what holds long-term worth, and what is realistically achievable.
