Vehicle Export

We can export vehicles globally to your nearest port.

We purchase from Auctions, Dealers as well as local sellers.

The process is straight forward:

• Initial contact
• Desired vehicle, spec, mileage, history, condition etc.
• Budget discussion
• If the budget is realistic we will proceed
• Deposit - Minimum 250,000 yen and rising dependant on car cost 
• After deposit we will begin the search

Search:

• All suitable units will be sent to customer - WhatsApp preferred 
• We will translate and use our years of experience to best describe the car
• If the client wishes to bid we will organize an inspection or inspect in person if attending
• After confirming the true condition and discussing price we will bid on the car or wait for the next available target
• If the bid is successful we will prepare the invoice and full payment is required within 3 days

After Purchase:

• The car will be moved to the port or our storage depending on import status, work to be carried out etc. 
• Here suspension can be raised, and small work can be carried out.
• If long term storage is required it will be charged at a monthly rate
• Once a boat spot is secured we will gather all the needed paperwork; Export certificate, Bill of Laden, Translations, Invoice etc.
• The documents once complete will be sent by FedEx or DHL directly to the client or an appointed person/business
• We will work with the client to ensure a smooth experience
• Every country has different rules and procedures so please be aware

Fees:

• FOB fees are dependant on vehicle price 
• Shipping is dependent on m3 and vehicle class so will be on a case by case basis

NOTE: In recent times shipping and fuel prices have been increasing almost weekly. Please be aware that the costs have increased and will continue to increase.
