Terms & Conditions

Parts Purchasing & Buying Service

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on purchased items.

  • All parts are supplied for off-road or motorsport use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • We do not offer any warranty on parts once they have been exported from Japan.

  • New parts are supplied without manufacturer warranty unless expressly stated by the manufacturer.

  • We inspect items visually where possible; however, we cannot guarantee condition beyond the information provided at the time of sale.

  • All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not control or estimate these charges.

  • Any issues or disputes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion.
  • Items can be stored at our warehouse for a maximum of 6 months (180 days). If an item is not shipped within 6 months due to unpaid shipping fees or a lack of communication from the buyer, the item will become the property of First Joyce 株式会社 to be sold or disposed of. No refunds will be issued for abandoned items. This policy only applies to delays caused by the buyer, not delays caused by us.

Vehicle Export Service

  • Due to the nature of Japanese vehicle auctions and used vehicle sales, all vehicle purchases are final.

  • No warranties are offered on used vehicles.

  • We make reasonable efforts to inspect vehicles and provide accurate descriptions based on available information, auction data, and physical inspections where possible.

  • Vehicles are purchased on behalf of the client, and the final decision to proceed rests with the client.

  • After purchase, vehicles may be subject to storage fees while awaiting shipping or further work.

  • Any work required to prepare the vehicle for export — including but not limited to suspension height adjustment, part removal, fluid leaks, minor repairs, parts fitting — will be charged separately.

  • Shipping is carried out via Roll-on Roll-off (RORO) unless otherwise agreed.

  • Import regulations vary by country; the client is responsible for ensuring the vehicle complies with their local import laws and requirements.
