Parts Service

• There are no refunds or exchanges on purchased items
• All parts are for off-road/race use only
• There is no claim and no return on any used items 
• There is no warranty offered on new parts once they are exported
• We will work on a case by case basis when/if any issues arise

Vehicle Export

• Due to the nature of Japanese auctions all sales are final and there are no warranties on used vehicles
• We do our best to inspect thoroughly to ensure there are no major issues
• Vehicles after purchase are subject to storage fees when waiting for a shipping allocation
• Any work required to prepare the unit for shipping will be charged as applicable; raising suspension, removing parts, fixing leaks etc.
