Vehicle Export
We export vehicles from Japan to customers worldwide using Roll-on / Roll-off (RoRo) shipping only.
Vehicles are purchased by us on behalf of the customer from Japanese auctions, dealers, and local sellers, then prepared and exported from Japan.
If you are interested in importing a vehicle, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
How the process works
1. Initial discussion
We begin with a discussion around:
-
Desired vehicle and specification
-
Mileage, condition, and history requirements
-
Budget
If the budget and expectations align with the current Japanese market, we proceed.
2. Deposit
Before searching, a deposit is required.
-
Minimum deposit: ¥250,000
-
Deposit amount increases depending on vehicle value
Once the deposit is received, we begin sourcing suitable vehicles.
3. Search and inspection
-
Suitable vehicles are shared with the customer (WhatsApp preferred)
-
Listings are translated and explained using our experience
-
Inspections are arranged, or carried out in person where possible
-
Vehicle condition and pricing are discussed before any bid is placed
If a bid or purchase is successful:
-
An invoice is issued
-
Full payment is required within 3 days
4. After purchase and preparation
After purchase, the vehicle is:
-
Moved to our premises
-
Prepared for RoRo export
Suspension height adjustments and small preparation work can be carried out prior to shipping.
Long-term storage is available and charged at a monthly rate.
5. Shipping and documentation
Once a RoRo vessel space is secured, we arrange all export documentation, including:
-
Export Certificate
-
Bill of Lading
-
Translations
-
Commercial Invoice
Documents are sent via FedEx or DHL to the customer or their appointed agent.
We work with each customer to ensure a smooth export process.
Please note that import rules and procedures vary by country.
Fees and shipping
-
FOB fees depend on the vehicle price
-
RoRo shipping costs depend on vehicle size (m³) and class
-
All fees are quoted on a case-by-case basis
We do not offer container shipping.
